An authentic shift away from punitive behaviour systems starts with something simple👇

Replacing it with something real, tangible, and empowering.

So...
You’re working hard to shift your school’s approach to behaviour.
You’re moving away from punishment, toward something more relational.
You’re trying to build a culture that’s trauma-informed, restorative, and consistent.

But let’s be honest — getting staff on board isn’t always easy.

Not because they don’t care.
But because they’re overwhelmed. They’re burnt out.
They’ve sat through too many PDs that sound great but don’t translate to the classroom.
And they’re dealing with daily behaviours that leave them feeling stuck, frustrated, and alone.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve built practical, ready-to-use behaviour training that meets teachers right where they are — with the strategies, routines, and tools they can use immediately.
Training that doesn’t just talk about change…
It makes it doable.

And that is how you get buy-in for school-wide change.

Here’s How I Can Support Your Whole Staff:

Here's What Teachers Are Saying👇

This is the feedback from just a handful of the thousands of teachers I have worked with inside of the courses available.

"The Behaviour Club is honestly life-changing. Claire’s support is kind, caring, and so practical. It’s hands-down the most helpful teacher club I’ve ever been part of — and I’ve already brought so many of the strategies into my classroom."

Hayley Guilderson - Behaviour Club Member

“This course was better than any behaviour management training I received at university or during my teaching practices. Best money I have ever spent on training or any books I have read!”

Georgina Pooley - The Classroom Management Lab Grad

"Before joining The Behaviour Club, I was losing hope. I was seriously considering leaving teaching. I’ve been doing this for 14 years, and what I was doing wasn’t working — because kids are changing. Claire’s support has transformed how I show up in the classroom. I’m finally connecting with students in a way that feels calm, professional, and actually works. It’s changing my teaching life and my life life.

Angela - Behaviour Club Member

"Classroom management has always been the most difficult part of teaching for me, and I came very close to quitting last year because every day was such a struggle... A year later, I no longer think about quitting teaching. Thank you so much!"

Arielle Baker - The Classroom Management Lab Grad

“Being part of The Classroom Management Lab has been one of my most rewarding and inspiring experiences in my teaching career!”

Claire Miles - The Classroom Management Lab Grad

"I already feel so much more confident in my classroom management. Claire does a great job at outlining what to do and it has helped me to actually change! The Behaviour Club provides training, resources, and a community all helping me to learn the skills I need and how to actually make it work in the classroom!"

Sydnee Franzwa - Behaviour Club Member

“The CRM Lab has given me a framework and philosophy for behaviour management that really makes sense. However, it is not just theoretical — I LIVE for practical application, and this course is full of it! I have been implementing so many of the strategies.”

Keren Klugt - The Classroom Management Lab Grad

"I know better, can do better, and can build a teacher presence I feel proud of and confident in."

Samantha Page - The Classroom Management Lab Grad
