You know the feeling. It's the Sunday night before term starts and you're staring down a blank week, knowing that whatever you do in these first few days is going to follow you all year.

😶 You want to build connection, but icebreakers that don't make teenagers want to disappear are surprisingly hard to find

😶 You know expectations need to be set early — but "going over the rules" on day one kills the energy before it starts

😶 You're trying to plan a whole new seating chart, a getting-to-know-you week, AND an expectations lesson, on top of everything else on your list

😶 Every year you tell yourself you'll start stronger — and every year the first week just... happens to you

😶 You are told how important brain breaks are, but knowing which one to use, in which moment, without spending twenty minutes planning it? That's a whole thing.

This is the week that decides how hard the rest of your year is going to be. It deserves more than whatever you can throw together at 9pm the night before.

So teaching can start feeling a heck of a lot more like this šŸ‘‡

This isn't just "fun first week activities."
It's theĀ foundationĀ your classroom management runs on all year.

Connection first. Expectations second. Structure third. Get those three things right in week one, and you're not fighting for buy-in in week twelve. That's the whole game — and it's exactly what this bundle is built to do for you.

TheĀ Complete Back to School Bundle

Thousands of teachers across the globe are already using this bundle every single day.

Here's what they are saying.

Buy it for the start of the year. Use it all year long.

Yes, it's built for the first week back. But almost everything inside earns its place in your term planning long after week one is over.

Every time you reset expectations

'Our Class, Our Way' lesson

Behaviour slipping after a long weekend, a new term, or a class that just needs a reset? Run it again. The buy-in process works any time you need the room back on the same page.

Every time you rejig the room

Editable seating plan template

New students, a friendship group that needs separating, a layout that's stopped working — drag, drop, and you've got a new plan in minutes. Not a one-and-done, day-one tool.

Any time you need five minutes back

Icebreaker card games

Blobs and Lines, Speed Greetings, Would You Rather, Never Have I Ever — these aren't just first-week activities. Pull them out as engaging brain breaks whenever the room needs a reset, any week of the year.

Whenever a new student joins

Getting-to-know-you activities

New enrolment in Term 3? You don't need to build a welcome activity from scratch — pull one straight from the bundle and help them feel part of the room from day one.

šŸ’¬ Dead air and downtime

Fill every gap with something structured before low-level behaviour fills it instead.

šŸ—£ļø Discussions and debates

Spark lively conversations and critical thinking with zero planning required.

āœļø Writing prompts

Get students thinking and putting pen to paper. No blank-page paralysis.

šŸŽ‰ Class parties and celebrations

Structured, appropriate, and engaging. No chaos, just fun.

You want to start strong — not just survive week one

  • You teach middle or high school and want first-week activities that won't get the eye-roll
  • You know connection and expectations matter more than "covering content" in week one — and you want to actually act on that
  • You're tired of cobbling together separate resources every August and want it all in one place
  • You want your classroom culture to feel intentional from day one, not something you're still trying to fix in October
  • You'd rather spend your prep time on literally anything else this year

Every time you reset expectations

Meet the teacher behind the bundle

Hi, I'm Claire šŸ‘‹

A classroom management nerd, secondary teacher, and best-selling author ofĀ It's Never Just About the Behaviour.Ā I'm also the creator of The Behaviour Club, where I support teachers to lead their classrooms with calm, clarity, and connection.

I spent years as an English teacher too scared to do brain breaks. Convinced I didn't have time, convinced I'd lose the class, convinced I'd get in trouble for doing something that wasn't on the curriculum. Meanwhile I was walking into my toughest classes dreading them, burning energy on behaviour management, and feeling further and further behind.

The day I stopped being afraid of five minutes and started being intentional with it was the day everything changed. Not just for my students, butĀ for me, too. I genuinely started enjoying teaching again.

That's what this bundle is really about. šŸ’›Ā  I can't wait to see how it works for you in your little patch of the teaching world.
